Job Description

I am looking for a home-based manager in the Philippines to run and operate SparkPosts.com, a business that provides web content services such as article writing, link building, forum posting and blog commenting.

I need someone who:

Is responsible, and treats this company as his/her own (because eventually, this person will become a shareholder in the company)

Understands SEO, keyword density in articles, HTML tags, forum posting/blog commenting and link building.

Can manage a team of freelance web content writers (article writers, forum posters, blog commenters and link builders), effectively delegating projects/assignments.

Has experience in article writing, forum posting, blog commenting and link building.

Develop and implement SEO and SEM.

Understands Google Adwords and has effective strategy in keyword bidding.

Is honest and trustworthy as you will be given access to the company’s confidential information.

Your responsibilities:

You will be provided an email account, and a Skype account that you will check when you are at work.

You are required to communicate with clients through email, or chat (sometimes). You will act as a middle-man between the client and the writer/poster/commenter who is assigned the client’s project. You will not provide the client names or contact information of the writer/poster/commenter who is working on their project.

You are required to make the client HAPPY (not just satisfied) with the project.

You are to recruit qualified writers, posters and commenters and must maintain VERY HIGH standards in choosing the right people.

You are required to pay the writers/posters/commenters upon successful completion of the projects.

You are to ensure the smooth operational procedures of the company.

Terms and Condition:
You are required to work a minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 hours a week (3 to 4 hours a day).

Payment is fixed at $80/week if you work at least 20 hours a week. If you work less than 20 hours, payment will be calculated at $4/hour. Payment will also go up if you are good at this job. Also, after 6 months, you will earn 10% of the total Net Profit.
